PHOENIX, AZ – The Arizona IDA happily announces the financial closing of Salt River Flats 2 in Phoenix, developed by Ulysses Development Group. Located near their original Salt River Flats community, SRF2 will support families earning up to 60% of the median income with 168 units, with 1 to 4 bedrooms. Amenities include BBQ areas, a pool, a playground, and a community room. Salt River Flats 2 features a solar energy system expected to reduce energy use by over 70%. This project advances Phoenix’s goal of a more inclusive, sustainable, and connected community.

ARIZONA IDA - Dahlia Village in South Phoenix opens, adding 126 additional affordable housing units to the Valley.

Dahlia Village S. Phoenix opens, adds 126 additional affordable housing units.

The Arizona IDA and Ulysses Development Group added 126 affordable apartments for low- to middle-income families to South Phoenix. The units feature walk-in closets, energy-efficient appliances, washers and dryers, and outdoor spaces. Eleven units are reserved for those facing homelessness or domestic violence.
