GOODYEAR, AZ – The Arizona IDA was privileged to participate in today’s dual Grand Openings for Suncrest Vista at Canyon Trails and Estrella Springs at Canyon Trails, two new affordable housing developments undertaken by Dominium within the City of Goodyear.

Together, these developments offer over 650 affordable apartment residences for families and seniors in Arizona, thereby enhancing access to quality housing within one of the most rapidly expanding regions of the West Valley.

Estrella Springs offers 396 residences catering to families, while Suncrest Vista comprises 261 residences specifically designed for seniors. Both communities feature contemporary finishes, energy-efficient appliances, and shared amenities that promote connectivity, well-being, and opportunities. The two properties are equipped with and utilize solar energy to help alleviate strain on the Valley’s electric grid.

The Arizona IDA is proud to have acted as the issuer for these impactful residential communities, in collaboration with Dominium, the Arizona Department of Housing and the City of Goodyear. Collectively, our partners continue to promote affordable housing initiatives across Arizona.
