HOUSING
14,000+ affordable housing units created/preserved. 36,000+ new homebuyers helped with HomePlus DPA.
EDUCATION
More than 87 education-focused projects have been funded since 2017. With 55 of those projects within the state of Arizona.

The Arizona IDA will work with public and private entities, cities, counties, and tribes to increase access to the municipal bond market and accelerate economic development with financing programs. The use of tax-exempt bonds to finance a project may provide a lower interest rate and reduce the borrower's finance costs, enhancing the projects appeal to investors.

Efficiencies
The Arizona IDA is authorized to issue bonds for standalone or multi-jurisdictional projects. We do not maintain a list of preferred finance professionals and will work with each borrower’s finance team to satisfy the requirements of the government approval process, including local TEFRA approval and securing volume cap when applicable.
