AZIDA regular meetings are generally held
the fourth Wednesday of each month at 3:30pm
The Board of Directors of AZIDA typically meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month, starting at 3:30 pm with the meeting of the Arizona Finance Authority commencing directly thereafter. This schedule is subject to change, and special meetings may be considered as needed.
Until further notice, in conformance with government protocols and guidelines regarding social interaction during the COVID-19 (novel corona virus) pandemic, board meetings will be held via telephonic means only. Information to access the meetings, which are open to all members of the public, will be included in the Board’s posted agendas. The agenda for Board meetings will be posted here at https://publicmeetings.az.gov/and on the first floor bulletin board of the Arizona Department of Administration, 100 N. 15th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona, 85007, at least 24 hours in advance of each meeting.
The Arizona Department of Administration has implemented building security measures at 100 N. 15th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona. All visitors who do not have a badge granting access to the building must go to the Badging Office on the first floor to be admitted as a guest.
Persons with disabilities may request reasonable accommodations, such as a sign language interpreter. Requests should be made as early as possible to allow time to arrange the accommodation.

Order of Consideration
The agenda for an AZIDA meeting is subject to change up to 24 hours before the meeting. At its discretion, AZIDA may consider and act upon any agenda item out of order. One or more Board members may participate via teleconference.
Those wishing to address AZIDA’s Board of Directors need not request permission in advance. Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing AZIDA’s counsel to study the matter or reschedule the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
If authorized by a majority vote of the Board of Directors attending an AZIDA meeting, an executive session will be held immediately following the vote in accordance with A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(1), (3) and/or (5) and the meeting will be temporarily recessed while the Board retires to executive session, which will not be open to the public.
